Our process
Specific processes
1. Turning
This innovative, patented machine is a multi-process machining center that integrates, in a single machine, an ingenious kinematic system capable of performing five machining processes: turning, milling, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and sharpening.
2. Milling
Here, material is removed with cutting movements on the X, Y, and Z axes, allowing complex grooves, profiles, and contours to be formed with high precision. The maximum travel allowed is 500 × 200 × 150 mm.
3. Surface grinding
At this stage, flat surfaces are finished with abrasives, improving straightness and surface quality. The machine operates in a range of 500 × 200 × 150 mm.
4. Rectification
Cylindrical exterior and interior surfaces are rectified with exact diameter and concentricity measurements. The maximum capacity is 200 mm diameter for external grinding wheels, 31.75 mm for internal grinding wheels, and 25 mm width.
5. Sharp
Finally, the tool is sharpened. Grinding chucks and specialized brushes are used to achieve the desired cutting edge with maximum precision and finish.
