Este novedoso equipo patentado es un centro de maquinado multi-procesos que integra en una sola máquina una ingeniosa cinemática para la realización de 5 procesos de maquinado: Torneado, Fresado,Rectificado Plano, Rectificado Cilíndrico y Afilado.
La máquina multi-procesos cuenta un sistema de 3 movimientos lineales X, Y, Z (longitudinal, transversal y vertical).
Este equipo es comandado por un sistema CNC, mediante un lenguaje de programación abierta ISO.

Our Process
Specific Processes
1. Turning
This innovative patented equipment is a multi-process machining center that integrates ingenious kinematics into a single machine for performing five machining processes: turning, milling, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and sharpening.
2. Milling
Here, material is removed with cutting movements on the X, Y, and Z axes, allowing complex grooves, profiles, and contours to be formed with high precision. The maximum travel allowed is 500 × 200 × 150 mm.
3. Surface Grinding
At this stage, flat surfaces are finished with abrasives, improving straightness and surface quality. The machine operates in a range of 500 × 200 × 150 mm.
4. Rectification
Cylindrical exterior and interior surfaces are rectified with exact diameter and concentricity measurements. The maximum capacity is 200 mm diameter for external grinding wheels, 31.75 mm for internal grinding wheels, and 25 mm width.
5. Sharp
Finalmente, se efectúa el afilado de la herramienta. Se utilizan mandriles porta-muela y brochas especializadas para lograr el filo deseado con máxima definición y acabado.
